rhub连通宝遇到问题如何发送log日志_内网无法连接互联网

当RHUB服务器在内网和互联网断开时：

1，客户端操作和第一条中的1，2点一样；
注：获取rsp1024*.*和 cache.xml文件必须先有发送log的动作。

2，怀疑是服务器问题时（如会议无故退出等），我们需要获取服务器端的log日志方法：
2.1. Sign in the web server, right-click the "Home" link and you will see a URL like the one below shown on the browser web address
登录服务器管理后台，点击“Home”链接，您可以看到一个web地址如下（下面是我们的一个例子，每台服务器不一样）：
http://192.168.1.192/as/wapi/profile/system_index?sid=OiyBxZUEzwnJBXMgSwylXZrss347299

2.2. Replace "profile/system_index?" in the URL by "get_file?"
用 get_file? 取代URL里面的 profile/system_index?

2.3. Fill in one of the file names
填入下面的一个文件名(有可能只有一个有效，或若干个有效）
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.0.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.1.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.2.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.3.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.4.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.5.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.6.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.7.txt
   /opt/TurboMeeting/Log/RunServerLog.8.txt

2.4. Open the page source. Copy the source to Notepad++ (not Notepad) and save the file with the same file name such as "RunServerLog.0.txt"
打开页面源代码，将源代码复制到Notepad+ +（不是Notepad），并且用相同的文件名保存文件，例如“RunServerLog.0.txt”。

注意：在本次会议结束下次会议开始之间获取本地电脑上的log日志有效，否则会被新的日志内容覆盖。
